Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms of Use,” or “Agreement”) are entered into by and between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Harvest Feed, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Use, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference, govern your access to and use of the following websites and their related content, functionality, and services:

  • PaolaVilla.com (Prototype Alliance initiatives)
  • SalvationMandate.com (prayer and evangelism resources)
  • HarvestFeed.org (humanitarian and relief efforts)

(each individually a “Website” and collectively the “Websites”), whether accessed as a guest or a registered user.

By using any of our Websites or by clicking to accept or agree to these Terms of Use when such option is presented, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. 7. FOR SPIRITUAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

The resources and information provided through our Websites—including but not limited to prayer guides, teaching notes, prophetic writings, ministry updates, global relief reports, and downloadable content—are offered solely for spiritual, educational, and informational purposes.

  • Content related to PaolaVilla.com (Prototype Alliance) may include prophetic teaching, end-time studies, and equipping resources for believers.
  • Content related to SalvationMandate.com may include prayer models, intercession guides, evangelism training, and global salvation initiatives.

You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive compensation or recognition beyond spiritual acknowledgment for the use of any Submission. By submitting, you waive any claims for royalties or financial consideration.

12.3 Ownership and Permissions

You affirm and represent that:

  • You are the rightful owner of the Submission, or
  • You have secured all necessary permissions to provide the Submission.

You agree that you will not provide materials that infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

12.4 Our Right to Decline

We are under no obligation to post or use any Submission. We reserve the right to remove, decline, or edit any Submission at our sole discretion if it does not align with our values, mission, or legal standards.

15. USE OF COURSES, PROGRAMS, AND ASSOCIATED MATERIAL

15.1 Ministry Training and Courses

From time to time, our Websites may provide access to courses, programs, or associated material. Examples may include:

  • Prototype Alliance: prophetic equipping studies, end-time strategy teachings, or leadership development content.
  • Salvation Mandate: prayer intensives, evangelism training, and intercessory equipping.

These are collectively referred to as “Courses.”

15.2 License to Use

15.4 Termination of Access

Access to Courses may be revoked if:

  • Payment for a paid program is refunded or canceled.
  • A user is found violating these Terms.
  • Harvest Feed, Inc. determines the use conflicts with our mission or values.

15.5 No Guarantees

While we believe our Courses will strengthen your walk with God and equip you for ministry, we do not guarantee specific spiritual outcomes, ministry growth, or measurable results. Every outcome depends on your personal application, prayer, and the leading of the Holy Spirit.

16. USE OF FREE DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT

16.1 Freemium Content

From time to time, our Websites may provide free resources (“Freemium Content”) in exchange for your name, email address, or other contact information. Examples include:

  • Prayer guides and devotionals (Salvation Mandate).
  • Prototype Alliance study notes or prophetic insights.
  • Harvest Feed impact reports, newsletters, or volunteer guides.

16.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Freemium Content solely for your personal spiritual growth or ministry service.

16.3 Restrictions

You agree that you may not:

  • Sell, redistribute, or republish Freemium Content.
  • Use Freemium Content to create competing ministry programs or products.
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices.

17. GUESTS

17.1 Guest Contributions

Occasionally, we may provide content from third-party guests, including:

  • Podcast interviews.
  • Guest articles or devotionals.
  • Collaborative events or webinars.

We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of third-party guest content. Their views do not necessarily represent the official position of Harvest Feed, Inc.

17.2 Rights of Guests

Guests who appear on our platforms grant Harvest Feed, Inc. a license to:

  • Record and publish their contributions.
  • Share their interviews or writings across our media platforms.
  • Use their contributions for ministry and educational purposes.

Guests retain personal ownership of their content but grant us the right to use it for ministry purposes without additional compensation.

18. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

18.1 General Policy

We want participants in our programs and courses to be satisfied, but we also require commitment to the process. Refunds or cancellations are only available under conditions expressly outlined for the specific program.

18.2 Paid Courses and Events

If you enroll in a paid course, program, or event:

  • You may request a refund within the timeframe specified for that offering.
  • Refund requests may require evidence that you participated and attempted to apply the teachings.
  • Upon issuing a refund, your access to all related materials will be revoked immediately.

18.3 Donations

All donations to Harvest Feed, Inc., Salvation Mandate, or Prototype Alliance are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent allowed by law.

18.4 Free Resources

Free downloads and resources are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

19. NO WARRANTIES

19.1 “As Is” Basis

19.2 Ministry Resources

We do not guarantee that:

  • Prayer guides will result in answered prayer.
  • Teachings will produce specific spiritual growth or prophetic outcomes.
  • Humanitarian updates will remain current or error-free at all times.

You agree that your reliance on our content is at your own risk and guided by your own discernment.

20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Harvest Feed, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for damages, losses, or injuries arising from:

  • Reliance on our teachings, guides, or prophetic writings.

21. ARBITRATION

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms, our Websites, or our services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia, USA.

  • Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis.

23. INDEMNIFICATION

26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Harvest Feed, Inc. regarding your use of our Websites.

They supersede any prior agreements, whether oral or written.

27. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

28. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

29. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our Websites after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
